SWE 33 was built for Gustav Fresk in 1992, the first diabeled sailor to win WC in the class. Justabout the same layup as SWE 181 with 2 layers of
3 mm Abacci veneers vacuum bagged with epoxy resin and sheeted in glasfiber. A very solid, light and longlasting structure. Gustav went all in to be the best and spent winters in Florida sailing a GRP Norlin Mk III with wooden deck that I built for him and the all wooden during summers in Europe.
At WC in Aarhus 1995 he accomplished his goal and went home with the title.
